Accessibility
The Town of Riverton is committed to providing services in a way that respects the dignity and independence of people with disabilities.
We meet the requirements of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) and its Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation.
Multi-Year Accessibility Plan
The 2024–2028 Multi-Year Accessibility Plan was developed with the Riverton Accessibility Advisory Committee and sets out how the Town will prevent and remove barriers. Annual status reports are presented to Council each June.
