Students and seasonal work
Summer student positions in parks, recreation, public works and the clerk’s office are posted each February. Seasonal winter control operators are recruited in September.
Volunteer firefighters
Riverton Fire and Emergency Services recruits volunteer firefighters for Station 1 (downtown) and Station 2 (Cedar Creek) each spring.
